At TennisGear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment; if your new racket or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in original, unused condition with tags attached and rackets have not been strung or played with.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring tennis rackets are padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
